Your puppy will also have been raised in our family home, surrounded by our four children, plenty of affection, handling, play and interaction.

Will my puppy be microchipped?

Yes. Every puppy will be microchipped before leaving us.

Each puppy will have their own individual microchip number, which will be provided with their paperwork and recorded through the NSW Pet Registry.

Yes. Puppies will receive their age-appropriate vaccination before going to their new homes. Their vaccination information will be provided with their veterinary records.

Your veterinarian will advise you when your puppy is due for their next vaccination.

Yes. The puppies will receive age-appropriate worming treatments before leaving us. Details of the treatments given will be provided with your puppy's records.

When the puppies are 8 weeks old they are able to go to their new homes.

Yes. Our four children, aged 4–14, have been a huge part of the puppies' early lives.

The puppies have received lots of gentle handling, cuddles and affection and are very comfortable being picked up, played with and interacted with by people.

Yes. We have a large backyard where the puppies have room to explore and play.

As they grow, we take them outside to the grass for toilet breaks as often as possible, helping them become familiar with going to the toilet outdoors and establishing good habits.

Absolutely! We love meeting prospective families and welcome you to come and meet the puppies and their mum.

We're happy to let you or help you choose a puppy based on their individual personality and what you're looking for in your future family dog.

Yes. To reserve a puppy, a $500 deposit is required.

Once the deposit has been received, your puppy will be marked as reserved and will no longer be offered to other families.

The remaining $3,000 balance is payable before your puppy goes to their new home.

The deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind or are unable to proceed with the purchase. Our puppy sales terms will be provided at the time of reservation.

Absolutely. We welcome families who would like to come and collect their puppy from us.

Yes! We welcome families from all around Australia.

If you're unable to travel to us, we can help arrange professional interstate pet transport to get your puppy safely to you.

No. Interstate transport is an additional cost and is paid by the purchaser.

We can help arrange professional pet transport and obtain a quote based on your location and preferred delivery option before travel is arranged.

This means you'll know the transport cost before your puppy travels.

Transport costs vary depending on your location, the puppy's size, crate requirements and whether you choose airport-to-airport or door-to-door transport.

Because every journey is different, we don't charge a set transport fee. The actual transport cost is paid separately by the purchaser.

Of course! We regularly take photos and videos of the puppies as they grow and are happy to provide additional photos or videos to families interested in a particular puppy.

Yes! Given that these gorgeous pups are ready for homes close to Christmas we understand some families may want to keep them a surprise until they are ready to go home.
We have no problem holding them for you until then.

No. Our puppies are sold as family pets and are not available for breeding.

We want our puppies to go to loving families who are looking for a companion rather than a breeding dog. Responsible breeding involves extensive health screening, genetic testing, consideration of temperament and conformation, and careful selection of breeding lines to help reduce the risk of passing on inherited health problems.

As our puppies are being placed as family companions, we ask that they are not bred from at any stage.

We also want to make sure every puppy has the opportunity to grow up as a much-loved family member without the additional health, pregnancy and whelping risks associated with breeding.

For these reasons, breeding is not permitted with puppies purchased from us, and all prospective families will be asked to acknowledge this as part of the application process.

If you are looking for a Golden Retriever to become part of your breeding program, our puppies will not be suitable for you.

There is no single “perfect” age for every Golden Retriever. Golden Retrievers are a larger breed, and research has raised concerns about desexing too early, particularly in relation to joint development and certain health risks.

For this reason, we recommend that new owners discuss the timing of desexing with their veterinarian, rather than automatically desexing their puppy at a very young age. Your vet can consider your puppy's sex, size, growth and individual circumstances and recommend the most appropriate timing.

We also ask that families remember that desexing is not something that needs to be rushed in the first few months of life. Allowing a Golden Retriever to mature appropriately may be beneficial, but your veterinarian should guide the decision for your individual puppy.

Regardless of when desexing is performed, responsible reproduction control is important to prevent accidental litters. Dogs can become reproductively capable surprisingly young, so owners should take appropriate precautions until their puppy has been desexed.
